So, this is a print from my intaglio printmaking class. We used several different techniques on each plate and so far my best results have come from aquatinting, so I probably won't upload my other one(s) here until I aquatint them. I have two other ones. The first one I didn't really like and the next one is in the middle of aquatinting, but I'll only upload it if it doesn't turn out completely crappy. Also, everything prints backward from the original drypoint/etching, so... I flipped this in Photoshop just because it looks better not "backwards." No other alterations though.
meow this is really cool
It would be nice to see this colored, unless it's not supposed to be colored.
My teacher said we are going to do some color prints later on, so I might do a color print of this one...
mmm great, could be a CD cover for a (good) rock band i think ^^
This is really cool. I love her lips.
oh so lovely (:
The face is very well done ... especially her abundance of eyelashes and her lips. It almost gives off this sense of a tragic romance.
Love it. Great work.
